How long will my shipment take?

Shipment will take about 3 to 4 weeks due to the fact that these products are sourced and shipped internationally from suppliers all over the world.

Custom Fees

By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may need to pay custom fees once goods arrive in your country of destination.

Tracking

Chikponana will send you the Order Tracking Number via email. 

Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products worldwide. 

Can I cancel my order?

We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 24 hours. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it’s out of our hands. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

What are the return or refund policies?

Depending on the circumstances (major defect or late package arrival), we will refund you or give a discount.

Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions.

2)  Picture of package received BEFORE OPENING as this will help us to claim from manufacturer OR Logistic company without dispute and to process your enquiry as soon as possible.
